A Mother's Day Thought From Nate  / Melissa Eiler (Visitor)

A poem for mom & dad from a friend  / Casey From AWW
When you smile despite yourself,
When the brightness comes once more…
When the shadows lift their somber mood
And you feel the joy that’s come before—

That is when he brightly smiles
When the angels hear his laugh.
When the rainbows come to shine again
And the sun to light your path.

So when the moments that surprise you
Fill your grieving heart with joy
Know that God is in His Heaven
And he’s caring for your boy
.
Jessy's Favorite Poem  / Beau Samples (Friend)

If Tears Could Build a Stairway,

And Memories a Lane,

I'd Walk Right Up to Heaven,

And Bring You Home Again

This was read at the memorial service at Fairview Middle School  / Jocelin &. Miranda Classmates Of Nate

NATE THE GREAT

He's like the most faithful cell phone:
Now God has the BEST service!

Gone? No... Temporarily out of reach
                               For now

Hurt? No... Roaming!
                                The Heavens

Tired? No... Fully Charged!
                                 And Hyperactive

Why?... God couldn't wait anymore!
                                 He waited 13 years

What to do?... What would he have done?
Made jokes, dedicated things to you, lived a "normal" life- remembering you always! THAT's what he'd of done. So what are you waiting for?!
MAKE NATE PROUD!

Memories of Nate

1. Last year at recess when he always jumped people at basketball.

2. He made jokes. He'd put you in a good mood.

3. When I first came to Fairview, he was always nice to me.

4. In student council, I would usually get the ideas for things from him.

5. When we made a tape for English class in 7th grade... doing a comercial on verbs.

6. When he gave me my nickname Kitty.

7. When he would put on the OSU flag for a cape.

8. He was fun to be around.

9. he never gave up.

10. He was a good friend.
Prayers for your family  / Anne Taquino (no relatlion )
I am Laci's step-grandmother.  We lost our beautiful granddaughter on August 14, 2006 to an AVM also.  I will pray for you and your family for the strenght that I know it takes to get past everyday. Laci was a wonderful young lady and we were always so proud of her.  We  are still very proud of her today.  I  hope you and your family can find some peace in you everyday lives.  I know that your Nate and Our Laci are up in heaven and are adding to all the good that is there.  It is such a loss, but I know that who they were will live on forever and never be forgotten.  God Bless you and our family will add you to our prayers.
memories / Aunt Sally (aunt)
nathan,

i have so many memories of you with your family.  the last memory will stay with me forever.  before you fell ill you and nick stayed with me for the weekend, so your mom could visit your dad before he left for overseas.  we did alot that weekend. you had quiz bowl, baseball game, went shopping with me,and went out to eat. i will always be grateful for those moments we had. you and nick would fight, like always, both of you put things in my shopping cart, without me knowing, and how worried i was when your coach didn't drop you off until really late!! but the best of all that weekend was when we got in the car and you thanked me for everything i bought for you and said "aunt sally, i love you"! those words are engraved in my mind and heart forever!!!

you will always be my nater tater!

i thank god we had you in our lives, but i wished you were still here!!!  but i have many memories. you and nick calling me grandma sally, staying many, many nights with me, going to kings island, baseball games, football games, birthdays, christmas', easter, driving uncle jesse's car into the street, and just being you!! i will have an empty place in my heart for you.  i love and miss you sooo much!!

with much love and heartache,
aunt (grandma) sally

REMEMBER

Don't cry because you miss me, I'm always in your heart.
Live your life and finish what you start.
I'll be with you always, each and every day.
Memories last a lifetime, no one can take them away.
Remember me for who I am, not who I used to be.
I haven't left you, I'm living in Eternity.
